Workshops
Agile Capability Building Boot Camps:
These bootcamps are specially designed for an organization to coach their Agile Change Agents and Leaders, PO/PM, SMs to mature their understanding of Agile ways of working and solving real time challenges. An organization’s need changes as it starts growing and maturing on its path to Agility. These boot camps are specially designed to meet that need, bridge that gap, from the current state of maturity of knowledge workers to desired state, where they can handle new challenges of a growing system. These boot camps range from 3 months to a year, depending on the Org’s Agile Maturity, and the need to build new Agile Capabilities which will help them address new challenges that have come into existence due to Org growth. These boot camps cover following aspect, and organizations select the ones they need:
- For new Agile Change Agents, the bootcamp will offer a complete learning plan, from onboarding to Agile ways of working, to program planning and problem solving, and work with them on their day-to-day challenges and enable them to find solutions, maturing them further as the Agility of Organization increases.
- For existing coaches of a mature Agile CoP, the challenges change as the Org matures and grows. The content of boot camp changes, such that it increases maturity and upgrade skills of your existing internal talent, so that they can handle and address new challenges that are coming up their way due to change and growth of Organization.
- For an Organization, which is in limbo, this boot camp first assesses Org Agile Capability, understands current needs and based on that craft content for bootcamp to remove blockage in the Agility Journey of the Organization.
- Identify and assess talent within the Organization, OR host a job fair to find needed new talent from outside. And then design courses to develop this pool of Agile Talent to a desired state where they are fit to solve Org changes.
Big Room Problem Solving Workshop:
Organizations need to continuously inspect and adapt for continuous improvement for their Agility Maturity and Capabilities. Processes become stale, change agents become demotivated, and teams become disoriented. A Fresh perspective needs to come as a combination of internal reflection and peek into the outside world. Big Room Problem Solving workshop facilitates retrospectives, ideating for problem solving, for a huge cluster, that holds everyone accountable as well as impacted.
PI Planning / Roadmap building / Program Planning Workshop
Program / Roadmap needs skilled facilitation as it involves a huge number of participants, coming from different teams, skills and departments/BUs. This workshop helps in identifying the right set of audience, managing dependencies across them, identifying deliverables (Program Backlog & Team Backlogs) and establishing a roadmap for the delivery and future adjustments.
Innovation Hackathon / Bug-a-thon / Feature Prototyping:
Sometimes, we need to shake our teams, by engaging them in rapid creative working to solve problems, create new solutions, innovate with ways of working, so that they can break mundaneness of day-to-day work and tap into their intrinsic motivation. A one day workshop to developers, product owners, managers or teams can help them finish a lot of work backlog, fix bugs, design new features and much more.

Clean Language:
Clean language is a technique primarily used in counseling, psychotherapy and coaching but now also used in education, business, organizational change and health. It has been applied as a research interview technique called clean language interviewing. This technique is very helpful if you want to be an exceptional coach, manager or consultant. Human System Dynamics:
Human Systems Dynamics (HSD) is an interdisciplinary approach that combines concepts from complexity science, systems thinking, and human dynamics to understand and influence complex adaptive systems in human organizations and communities. HSD provides frameworks and tools to help individuals and groups navigate uncertainty, adapt to change, and create sustainable solutions in dynamic environments. As an organizational change agent, or leader, manager, you need this framework to help your organization evolve, and you be able to solve complex problems that organization experiences as it grows and complexities of org structure, hierarchies grow.
Agenda Shift:
AgendaShift is a framework and approach designed to help organizations transition to more adaptive and outcome-oriented ways of working. Developed by Mike Burrows, AgendaShift focuses on continuous transformation by aligning organizational activities with desired outcomes and values, rather than simply implementing specific methodologies or practices. If you want to enable Business and Organizational Agility, but instead of depending on any framework you want to derive your own framework that best suits your business and organization, then Agenda Shift is for you.
Coach Camp:
A Coach Camp is a gathering designed for coaches to enhance their skills, share knowledge, and network with peers. These camps often include a variety of activities such as workshops, interactive sessions, keynote speeches, and practical exercises led by experienced coaches and industry experts. The primary objectives of a Coach Camp are to foster professional development, promote best practices, and facilitate the exchange of ideas within the coaching community. Coach Camps provide a supportive environment for both new and experienced coaches to grow their expertise, stay updated on industry trends, and enhance their coaching practices.
